IT IS official ......... just a little over a week until school starts and my days as I now know them come to a halt. The kids have received their computers and a few materials. But still have much more to come! :) We are excited for the most part, but I can't help but worry that I have made the right decision to Home School my kids. There are so many pros in providing the education I know my kids deserve, but somehow I dwell on the cons. (WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?) I have this perfect picture in my head of obedient children sitting at their desks working intensly and with smiles on their faces, and the teacher with her hair up in a bun grading papers... and then... "SNAP" I wake up!
I know, I know.. I am overreacting! ~

L, you are so funny... I think it is awesome of you to care enough to take this on.... Dylan especially is going to respect the effort you are putting into his education. Kierra might rebel first though. We'll see.
Right now it is the opposite. Kierra is totally excited and Dylan well.. Less than happy! I think once he realizes how much he can catch up he'll be happy, and who knows maybe next year he can go back to a brick and mortar school if he wishes.
